In Vandœuvres, on Chemin de Cocuaz, AVLI is a project comprising four villas inspired by the landscapes of Yucatán, where clean lines and an intimate atmosphere come together.

We acquired this project when it already had a valid building permit, but we saw untapped potential in it.

Our involvement consisted of steering it in a new direction: rethinking the branding, refining the positioning, and building a strong identity. This work was carried out by SIZE Media, the group’s creative agency, based in Geneva and Dubai, which brings together more than 30 talented professionals.
