Developed by SIZE on Chemin Édouard-Tavan, TAVAN 12 is located in one of Geneva’s most sought-after residential neighborhoods.
Nestled in the heart of Champel, the project enjoys a prime location, prized for its tranquility, its close proximity to downtown, its numerous green spaces, and its unobstructed view of the Salève. Built on a lot of approximately 9,000 m², the development comprises two contemporary buildings, each housing six apartments, for a total of
12 residences.
From the very beginning, the goal was to create homes that strike a balance between architecture, comfort, and quality of life, featuring generous spaces, abundant natural light, and a selection of sustainable and refined materials.
Completed and occupied since 2022, TAVAN 12 now embodies SIZE’s vision: to develop sustainable living spaces where architecture blends harmoniously with its surroundings and where residents’ well-being remains the top priority.
Three years after its completion, the project confirms the soundness of its architectural choices and the quality of the living environment it provides on a daily basis.
