Following the success of the TERA project, ELIA is naturally continuing the story we are writing in this area with the development of the adjacent lot on Chemin Jean-Jacques Rigaud, in the heart of the Gradelle neighborhood. Three contemporary villas, designed by the firm Ris + Partenaires, are situated in a sought-after residential setting, in close proximity to schools, sports facilities, and downtown Geneva.

Here, the choice of location was obvious because of what it offers day-to-day: much more than just an address, it is a true living environment for families.
ELIA stands out for its light. The central skylight, a true architectural signature, structures the spaces and guides the flow of light throughout the day. The interiors, open and functional, create a soft, bright, and soothing atmosphere.
