In a lively district at the heart of the municipality of Versoix, we are developing a plot in an already dense area designated as development zone 4A.
This project includes the construction of a commercial building, a residential building with 20 units, one-third of which are in condominium ownership (PPE), and a building with a communal purpose.
The execution of this project has been entrusted to the architectural firm Atelier d’Architecture Bugna. The projected structure is valued at CHF 6,000,000.
Located near Geneva, Versoix is a charming Swiss town nestled along the shores of Lake Geneva. Renowned for its lakeside atmosphere, green spaces, and easy access to Geneva, it offers a perfect balance between the serenity of lakeside living and the conveniences of city life.
The project is located in a development zone with controlled prices. To facilitate housing accessibility and ensure affordable prices, this geographic area is defined by public authorities to encourage urban development.
